  • Records enabled for SharePoint integration will have a new ‘Upload to SharePoint’ button in the Infinity Buttons menu available on any record. This is also available from the related Documents area of any record, next to the out-of-the-box Upload button called ‘Upload Multiple’.

  • All connections to SharePoint and Dataverse are done through Power Automate and standard Dataverse Web API queries, so all processing is done within your Power Platform environment, and no data leaves your tenant.

  • Files uploaded through our ‘Upload to SharePoint’ button do not have any file size limits, however larger files may take longer to upload.

When attaching files to an email using our ‘Attach from SharePoint’ button, files will need to be within your systems attachment file size limit. This limit can be increased from the system settings in your Dynamics 365 environment.
