Dynamics 365
for Marketing

You can now see all marketing activities from both digital and non-digital channels located on your timeline view in real time. You can search for all emails opened by a specific contact and preview the email within the timeline view to see what emails have been interacted with.

You now have the ability to trigger a customer journey based on a standard data change in Dynamics 365. This includes common operations such as adding new rows to a table or updating attribute values on any audience table in Dataverse, such as contact, opportunity, account, and lead, with an easy-to-use UI. No developer needed!

Making great marketing campaigns usually takes a team working together. You can now collaborate with your team using Microsoft Teams within a marketing campaign. No need to go outside of Dynamics for Marketing into Teams for any feedback.

You can now make sure that your customers take action on your content by reminding them to complete a Call-to-Action. You can create more action-oriented customer journeys, sending automated reminders to customers until they complete your call to action.

Record sharing just got easier. You can now send the link to Dynamics 365 records via email in just a few clicks.
This is helpful if you need instant feedback so you and your team are working on the correct record.

With Modern Advanced Find you can access any table in a model-driven app through search and use advanced filters to explore the data easily. Be more productive with navigation by searching for a view by its name in the enhanced view selector.

You can now join Teams meetings from within Dynamics 365. This feature will allow easier tracking of teams appointments and will be available from within your model driven application.

With the new feature of Co-Presence in Dynamics 365, you can now have visibility on who is currently viewing or editing an account, case, opportunity or contact record. You can view their activity within that record to ensure there are no conflicts. There is also greater visibility for the owners of certain contacts.

You can now resubmit multiple failed Power Automate Flow runs. Now, you can go through to the run history and select all the flows that you want to resubmit if there has been an error. Previous to this, you had to do this manually, saving time.

Sales

To get the most from your sales people, they need to know their customers. Relationship Intelligence helps sales people use information within Dynamics 365 AND Microsoft 365 to build their relationships. This feature taps into both tenants to pull out information about a certain contact such as who inside their organization has a relationship with a contact, find and add connections not in Dynamics 365 but are within Microsoft 365 (including email data from Exchange).

With new activities enhancements, you can now skip, snooze, assign or add a note to specific tasks within a specific contact after you have spoken to them or emailed.
